QA Test Internship

Why Do We Need This?

Our QA team will be joined by our quality assurance intern. The chosen candidate will aid in organising testing efforts, carrying out test scripts, installing test tools, and supporting web testing. The QA intern will be required to take part in all phases of a project, including the review of user stories, test design, demo, and final system testing and launch. You need to be a self-starter, knowledgeable with agile development, and scrum concepts.

*Note: This is a six-month paid internship that will lead to a permanent position.

Responsibilities and Obligations:

Participate in requirements analysis and comprehend the creation of new features.

• Helping to create, implement, and run test cases for both new and old functionality
• Work together on QA/Testing issues with the software engineering team.
• Conduct platform testing to identify interface problems
• To improve testing analysis and user experience, update the testing process.
• Contribute to our quality projects, focusing on product deployment and test case automation
• Participate actively in agile meetings with the product management team and development team.
• To create testing solutions and provide a high-quality product, gather requirements.
• Clarify technical concepts and issues for internal teams.
• Creates, records, and keeps validation reports and test cases updated.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, software engineering, or computer sciences.
• Enthusiastic about QA. Having prior QA experience is a major benefit.
• Basic analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Basics of programming (OOP, HTML, CSS)
• Software testing fundamentals are needed.
• knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript
• SQL/Database FYP expertise in Java/PHP
• Knowing SRS and locating the necessary Test Scenarios
• knowledgeable about the SDSLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle
• Strong commitment to serving customers and strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to operate independently, collaboratively, and self-directedly with the QA team in a time-constrained setting.

Job Hours: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

 Location: Lahore's Jail Road.

Instantaneous joining is preferred.
